I am really happy that the schools in Taiwan are placing some emphasis in teaching English. I have seven years of teaching/tutoring experience which I found that there is a change in how the Taiwanese teach English to students there. I have had the opportunity to teach students from Taiwan, and I found that the students who came recent years are able to speak more and distinguish certain sounds in the English alphabet( Ex. M and N) I found the students have trouble pornouncing them in the correct way- Ex. Name would become Mame. The great improvement is a cause to celebrate and keep up the great work.
